Return & Replacement Policy

At KASHIV, we take quality seriously. Every order is checked before dispatch. If there is an issue, please review the policy below carefully.

Important: No Refund only Replacement policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In eligible cases, only a replacement may be provided after verification.


Size & Fit

We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for size-related issues.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If unsure, we recommend comparing measurements with a t-shirt you already own.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement (refunds are not provided).

To raise a claim, the following is mandatory:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order details for verification

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


Reporting Window

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, based on the courier tracking status.

Requests raised after this timeframe will not be considered.


Replacement Conditions

If approved, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags intact

  • Returned in original packaging

Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery will not qualify for replacement.


Final Decision

All claims are subject to review and approval by the KASHIV team.
KASHIV reserves the right to approve or reject requests after inspection.
