At KASHIV, we aim to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. On average, orders are delivered within 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier operational issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
KASHIV shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. In case of incorrect or incomplete address information, delivery delays or failures may occur.
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused without valid reason, KASHIV reserves the right to restrict future COD access for that customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and coordinate with the courier partner if necessary.
Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This will be required for any damage-related claims.
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service coverage in certain remote areas.

KASHIV reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
